ATC’s Summer Performance Program is designed for athletes ages 8 through high school who want real structure, real coaching, and real results before next season.

May 26 – July 23
Monday through Thursday

Just 12 athletes per group.
Most athletes spend the summer doing random workouts, showing up to overcrowded school lifts, or doing nothing at all. That is exactly why some athletes come back looking the same while others return faster, stronger, and more confident.

I feel the performance training I underwent helped me improve my confidence, agility, and strength as an athlete. I gained a significant amount of lean muscle while reducing body fat, as shown in my body scans. I noticed a remarkable difference in my speed compared to other players, and I felt I had a quicker first step. After completing the summer gym trainings, I consistently felt like one of the best athletes on the field, knowing I was dedicated to putting in the hard work every day.

The program significantly boosted my confidence on the field, knowing I could trust my abilities with the ball and play aggressively due to my improved strength and speed from performance training at the gym. It also enhanced my leadership skills by allowing me to support younger athletes, serve as a role model, and take on the captaincy for the team, which made me realize that the coaches had faith in my capabilities. ATC played a crucial role in the development of my mindset as well.

ATC training is one of my favorite activities during the summer and throughout the year, to be honest. This summer (25') was especially memorable because our team and individual athletes improved significantly. Summer ATC is both fun and challenging, playing a major role in enhancing our performance training. Jose is an excellent coach and trainer who has helped us grow athletically, technically, and especially mentally, which are all crucial aspects that have benefited me on the field. Training with Jose at ATC has truly been worthwhile, and he has been a crucial piece in my personal development; I believe all my teammates would agree with this sentiment.
