What is it?

Performance 52 is ATC’s complete athletic performance system designed to develop the qualities that matter most: acceleration, top speed, strength, power, change of direction, conditioning, and resilience. Instead of random workouts, athletes follow a proven structure across the full year—so training matches the season, the sport, and the athlete’s needs.

Who is it for?

  • Youth Athletes (8–12): Build coordination, speed mechanics, strength foundations, and confidence.
  • Middle/High School (13–18): Get faster, stronger, more explosive, and more resilient for your sport season.
  • College + Adults: Maintain athleticism, improve performance, reduce injury risk, and train with purpose.

The 52-week structure

Your body needs different training at different times of the year. Performance 52 adapts based on season and athlete readiness. 

  • Off-Season (Build)
    Strength foundations, work capacity, movement quality, and long-term development.
  • Pre-Season (Prepare)
    Speed, power, COD, sport conditioning—build sharpness and readiness.
  • In-Season (Maintain + Perform)
    Maintain strength/power while managing fatigue and staying available.
  • Recovery/Reset (Restore)
    Mobility, tissue quality, movement re-patterning, and re-building capacity.
